Damon’s philosophy with respect to his clients and their intellectual property is best characterized as focused on his clients’ objectives, and expertly and efficiently developing strategies that obtain those objectives. He values and cultivates long-term client relationships so that he knows and understands each client’s business as it presently exists and as it grows and adapts to an ever-changing world and ever-changing technology.

In this regard, Damon counsels clients on matters relating to patentability, infringement, validity, clearance and registrability of trademarks, intellectual property development and licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employment agreements. Damon also represents clients in connection with all aspects of domestic and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright matters, including the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
