Damon L. Boyd
Damon’s practice is concentrated in intellectual property law, with experience relating to all aspects of intellectual property, including identifying, protecting, enforcing and maximizing the value of our clients’ intellectual property. Damon has experience in patent and trademark prosecution, patentability and trademark clearance, copyright, licensing, intellectual property litigation and counseling, and intellectual property driven business transactions. Damon enforces and defends clients’ trademark rights before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also has experience representing businesses in domain name disputes, internet issues, and social media matters.
Damon has technical experience in consumer products, biotechnology and medical devices, mechanical and electro-mechanical arts, semiconductor manufacturing, mining technology, and software and systems. His representative clients have ranged from individual inventors and emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Damon regularly presents and teaches on various intellectual property topics and has authored numerous articles on intellectual property issues.
Danelle M. Boyd
Danelle became a certified paralegal in 2000, and began her career at Snell & Wilmer, LLP in 2001. While at Snell & Wilmer, her practice focused primarily on litigation, including commercial, intellectual property, and products liability litigation. Her experience includes all facets of litigation, from discovery through trial and appeal.
